INTERNATIONAL YOUTH NETWORK INTERACTION ROLE IN NEW HUMANITARIAN SPACE FORMATION

Abstract. The author studies the degree of the cultural-humanitarian influence of international network interaction on the content of social-cultural space, determines the essence of the notion "humanitarian space", and paying attention to youth activity in network space suggests considering it as a significant factor determining the humanitarian picture of social-cultural space, as well as a tool for effective foreign cultural policy administration for the purpose of the preservation and development of the humanitarian presence of Russia abroad.
