Abstract. The author models a non-linear mechanism of political system, and proves that the main motive power of political system self-organization is a multi-directional (non-linear) behaviour of its political actors. To maintain system stability and control over the actions of political actors national political system internally forms institutional and state-normative hierarchical levels. Under the conditions of globalization, there is a supra-national level of political system, destabilizing the internal stability of national political environment.
