Abstract. The authors analyze the state of education institution in the Russian Federation at the present stage basing on the dialectical method of cognition, taking into account the objective law of the interaction between quantitative and qualitative changes affirm the presence of the evident violation of the extent of quantitative and qualitative components in the Russian education institution, which led to the obvious reduction in its quality, and make the hypothetical-deductive conclusion about the destructing impact of the latter on the development of the entire social system.
