AGREEMENT ON TERMINATION OF CHILD’S RIGHT TO ALIMONY DUE TO TRANSFER OF PROPERTY RIGHT TO REAL ESTATE: NOTARY AND JUDICIAL EXECUTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract. The author considers some aspects of the notary and judicial execution of the cases on the termination of a child’s right to alimony due to the transfer of property right to dwelling in Ukraine, reveals the problems related to law enforcement practice in the mentioned field, and with the purpose of the protection of a child’s right to alimony provides scientific and practical suggestions including those aimed at the improvement of the Ukrainian family legislation in effect.
