PREVENTION OF CRIMES RELATED TO ILLICIT TRAFFICKING OF PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIALS AND OBJECTS

Abstract. The author conducts the criminological and criminal-legal analysis of the crimes specified in Article 242-242 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, gives the definition of pornography, pornographic materials and objects, shows their difference from the production of erotic content, describes the social danger of such criminal acts, reveals their objective and subjective signs, presents examples from investigative and judicial practice, and suggests the set of measures aimed at preventing crimes related to the illicit trafficking of pornography.
