LAWS OF EPICAL HERO IMAGE REPRESENTATION IN RUSSIAN ANIMATION OF THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI ST CENTURY

Abstract. The author undertakes an attempt of the structural-functional and axiological analyses of epical hero image representation in the modern Russian animation, solves a problem of the transformation of image content in the artistic culture of Russia at the beginning of the XXI st century, reveals the laws of epical hero image manifestation in animated films, mentions that image can act as a cultural value, semiotic system, simulacrum, the means of communication, for the first time in the study of this problem reveals the functions of image, and theoretically conceptualizes the laws of its manifestations in modern animation.
