Abstract. The author studies the Party of Constitutional Democrats during the first Russian revolution of 1905-1907 at regional level, reveals the activity of Cadets in Kherson and Nikolaev of Kherson province, determines the time and stages of committees creation, the approximate number of the members and leaders of the party cells, and pays special attention to the consideration of Cadets’ election campaigns to the I st and II nd State Dumas in the cities mentioned above.
