SOVIET CIVIL LAW ABOUT LEGAL SUCCESSION INSTITUTION

Abstract. Legal succession institution formation process in the soviet law doctrine is studied, and the basic scientific views on the problems of the lapse of rights to belongings are considered in the article. The theoretical problems connected with the lapse of rights to belongings are singled out. Nationalization problem from the point of view of the soviet civil law is considered. The bilateral connection of legislation development and theoretical surveys is shown. Historical and comparative methods may be considered as the main methods of the research. The works of the soviet civilians B. S. Antimonov, A. G. Goikhbarg, O. S. Ioffe, B. B. Cherepakhin are among the sources analyzed by the author.
