"RIGHT-WING DEVIATION" IN DAILY LIFE OF LOWER VOLGA REGION TOWNSPEOPLE IN 1928-1930

Abstract. The article considers the materials of general and party meetings protocols, individual dialogues and workers’ statements, which define the so-called manifestations of "right-wing deviation", and tells that struggle with them was actively carried out in 1928-1930. The attitude of the population majority to the manifestations of "right-wing deviation" in everyday life was ambiguous and often differed from the official "general line". In this connection attention is paid to the analysis of the methods of struggle with "right-wing manifestations" and some results of it, as well as to the opinions and estimations, with which different social groups’ representatives characterized "right-wing deviationists" and regional authorities.
