LEGAL COLLISIONS OF STATE STRUCTURES AND THEIR APPARATUSES EMPOWERMENT WITH LEGAL ENTITY RIGHTS (BY EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MORDOVIA)

Abstract. The article considers the questions of state structures empowerment with legal entities’ rights. The comparative analysis of the normative content of the notions "legal entity" and "state structure" is conducted. The status of public legal structures as legal entities and the complex of the representative functions of state structures acting on behalf of the public legal structure in the implementation of transactions are characterized. The conclusion about the possibility of state structures apparatuses action in economic turnover to efficiently resolve financial issues is drawn.
