SMALL ENTREPRENEURSHIP OF POST-SOVIET UKRAINE (1991-1995): FACTORS OF FORMATION

Abstract. The author analyzes the conditions, in which the formation of small entrepreneurship in Ukraine took place. The characteristics of social-economic situation in the country, legislation, state economic policy and other factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship during 1991-1995 are given. The main problems that hampered the development of small entrepreneurship are revealed and shown.
