DAILY ROUTINE OF SOVIET HIGH-RANKING FUNCTIONARIES

Abstract. The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the concept "daily routine" in relation to the soviet high-ranking functionaries; the specifics of high-ranking functionaries’ daily routine is revealed, the opinions on the interrelation of daily routine, political formal and informal practices, the institutional order of society and the thesis on the complex structure of high-ranking functionaries’ daily routine, based on the multiplicity and hierarchy of daily routine sub-cultures, and also the industrial character of daily routine are expressed.
