LEGISLATION AND ITS UNIFORM EXECUTION BY "PROSECUTOR’S POSITION" REPRESENTATIVES DURING THE REIGN OF "SOVEREIGN EMPEROR" PAVEL PETROVICH

Abstract. The paper is dedicated to providing uniform legislation enforcement by the representatives of "prosecutor’s position" during the reign of "Sovereign Emperor" Pavel Petrovich. The condition of such provision in the Russian Empire was its systematization. The author focuses at the correlation between the notions "prosecutor’s position" and "office". The term "statute" is suggested to name normative legal acts in the Russian Empire.
