FOREIGN POLICY DEPARTMENTS TRANSFORMATION UNDER CONDITIONS OF MODERN DIPLOMACY MODEL FORMATION

Abstract. The article considers the questions of foreign affairs departments reformation in the leading countries under the conditions of modern diplomatic environment. The author emphasizes the main tendencies of the reformation process, analyzes the experience and patterns of foreign affairs departments activity optimization, and studies the possibility of their application within Ukraine. It is mentioned that the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is in need of adapting its work system to modern realia.
