PROFESSIONAL ETHICS TRANSFORMATION IN POSTMODERNITY ERA

Abstract. The article is devoted to the transformation of professionals’ social norms in postmodernity era. The author’s definition of professional ethics in the context of sociological analysis is presented. The author of the article gives the classification of professionals’ social norms development basing on the review of classical and contemporary sociological approaches, and also determines the specificity of professional ethics in postmodernity era. As the classification criteria such aspects of attitude to work are selected as the variability of professionals’ ethical norms and the impact of professional communities.
