ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGIME OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES

Abstract. The article examines the administrative and legal regime of investment activity issues. The thesis that the legal and administrative regimes, due to their detailed regulation and, in some cases, compulsory nature, are defined as a kind of intervention in the scope of the fundamental rights and legitimate interests of citizens. However, the study suggests that these regimes are justified by the need to achieve a higher goal, i.e. civil rights and freedom protection, and providing security for the life activity of citizens.
