QUALITY MANAGEMENT PHENOMENON IN THE LIGHT OF T. KOTARBINSKI’S PHILOSOPHY

Abstract. The content of the article presents the characteristics of quality management according to T. Kotarbinski’s theory, outlined in his work "A Treatise on Good Work". The author of the article pays attention to management quality description based on the "practical advantages of action". This approach allows considering the subject of the research in the tradition of praxeology and diverging from the traditional approach based on selection criteria for management quality assessment.
