KOMSOMOL INCLUSION INTO POLITICAL CONTROL SYSTEM: THEORETICAL BASIS

Abstract. The author analyzes the decisions of the Communist Party and the Russian Communist Youth League central bodies in 1918-1922, which led to the theoretical substantiation of Komsomol inclusion into the soviet system of political control, and shows that from the first years of its existence Komsomol was considered not only as a subject, but also as an object of political control in the soviet state.
