CHANNELS OF INTEREST GROUPS PARTICIPATION IN MANAGEMENT PROCESS

Abstract. The author reveals the specificity of the interaction between business and power under the conditions of the party-parliamentary and functional systems of representation, comes to the conclusion that business participation in the activity of interests representation institutions under government bodies gives a right to defend interests within the framework of legal field; to participate in the formulation of the policy, political-economic course of the country, etc., and shows that it leads to decrease in the role of informal practices, corruption mechanisms and increase in the significance of the legitimate channels of interest groups participation in management process.
