NORTH OSSETIA REPRESENTATIVES IN "STALIN’S SHOOTING LISTS" OF 1937-1938

Abstract. Basing on archival documents and periodicals materials, for the first time introduced into scientific circulation, the author considers the questions related to the fate of North Ossetia representatives, included in the so-called "Stalin’s shooting lists" during the period of Great Terror, shows the necessity to study this question in the general context of the history of the political repressions in North Ossetia, and reports the important biographical data and the circumstances of the victimization of some prominent party-soviet officials of the republic and the national intelligence representatives.
