Abstract. The author considers the world outlook problems of an officer’s personality under the conditions of the social transformations of the Russian socium, determines the reasons and influence of crisis phenomena on the values and world outlook foundations of an officer’s personality, presents his own vision of the identification crisis consequences, and suggests the system of the conditions, providing the renewal of the world outlook integrity.
