Abstract. The author considers the activity of the Assembly of Legislators as an advisory and consultative body for ensuring the interaction between the legislative (representative) bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and State Duma during the period from 2008 till 2011, and gives the qualitative assessment of the Association work on legislative activity coordination in regions including the example of the work of Volga Region Federal District Parliamentary Association.
