PROBLEMS OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF STRATEGY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT DEVELOPMENT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of some forms of healthy lifestyle popularized in the country as the part of the Strategy of Physical Culture and Sport development in the Russian Federation until 2020, studies the potential of physical culture and sport in the work on health improvement of the nation, presents the results of the empirical research conducted among the visitors of sports and recreation centers, and considers the problem of the criminal component of this seemingly positive activity.
