Abstract. The author reveals the problems of liability for the organization of gangs and criminal acts committed by gangs established by the Criminal and Correctional Punishment Code of 1845, and concludes that a gang was considered as the most dangerous form of complicity, and liability was established not only for the crimes committed by a gang, but also for the organization of a gang.
