Abstract. The author reveals the questions related to the cultural specificity of value and normative foundations and regularities in scientific activity, refers to the analysis of the correlation between scientific practice experience and its philosophical-methodological reflexive support, and pays particular attention to the identification of the common philosophical-ontological and culturological content of the category paradigm in its application to daily scientific activity.
