Abstract. As the statement of the problem the author of the article considers author's text as the form of information transfer in written urban environment, pays particular attention to the understanding of folklore historical role and author's text orientation to the individual level of perception, and shows that being the mechanism for purposeful public opinion formation author's text appears as the instrument of socium management.
