PASSIONARITY AS ONE OF LEADING FACTORS OF POLITICAL DYNAMICS

Abstract. The author substantiates the thesis about the biosocial basis of political actors' energy, presents the opinion about the necessity to use the basic notion of L. N. Gumilev's conception that has biosocial nature - passionarity, when describing political dynamics, reveals the shortcomings of this conception, suggests the hypothesis on the heterosis basis of passionarity, basing on this hypothesis gives the explanation of different energy types existence, which proportions change in population structure affects political dynamics, and formulates the regularity that determines this change.
