Abstract. The author conducts the philosophical analysis of the notion objective reality, emphasizes the connection between the modern view on objective reality with law, substantiates the proposition that modern reality has impact on law development, shows that this approach is the theoretical basis for the further development of objective reality doctrine, and concludes that new objective reality requires the formation of legal regulation relevant mechanism with mandatory legislative consolidation in the provisions of law.
