PHILOSOPHICAL REFLECTIONS ON CRIME AND WAYS OF ITS COMBATING

Abstract. The author substantiates the objective conditionality of crime phenomenon existence as social evil, shows the significance of considering past and present thinkers' ideas as the stimulus in understanding crime combating ways, argues that fight against social evil is unacceptable from negative, violent positions, and concludes that the contradictory nature of modernity conditions the theoretical understanding complexity of this problematic.
