LOBBYISM AS INFORMING

Abstract. The author reveals the specificity of lobbyists and political stakeholders interrelation on the basis of the deep analysis of corruption influence and informational lobbying models, gives the examples of informational lobbying in tobacco and alcohol industries, and in the end of the research formulates the conclusion about the necessity to create certain conditions that allow the development of lobbying in a civilized manner on the basis of intellectual capital.
