Abstract. The author analyzes the content of the constitutional right to competition, identifies the subjects of this right, the purpose of subjective competition right enforcement, competitive actions types, the forms and ways of the protection of the subjective right to competition, basing on the identified elements gives the notion of competition right in the subjective sense, and undertakes the attempt to determine the position of the right to competition in constitutional rights system.
