TRAINING AND IMPROVEMENT OF MEDICAL PERSONNEL WITHIN SOUTHERN URAL IN 1953-1964

Abstract. The author presents complex scientific study on the problem of medical personnel training in national health care system by the example of South Ural region during the period from 1953 till 1964, basing on the wide range of published and unpublished sources analyzes the quality of medical education in South Ural region cities, estimates the strengths and weaknesses of implemented actions in personnel ensuring, as well as reveals the role of local authorities in the problem under discussion.
