CIVIL CONTROL AS FEEDBACK MECHANISM IN POWER AND SOCIETY INTERACTION PROCESS

Abstract. The author reveals the notion of civil control as a social-legal phenomenon improving political management system, the influence of this type of control on civil society formation, determines the characteristics, principles, stages of civil control development, and undertakes the attempt to identify the main groups of the barriers preventing the development of civil control mechanisms in modern Russian society.
