SOVIET COURT BODIES FORMATION WITHIN PSKOV PROVINCE IN 1917-1919

Abstract. The author considers the questions of the soviet state people's courts institutionalization within Pskov province in accordance with the Council of People's Commissars Decree on Court № 1, and describes specific historical conditions, which were the background for nation building carried out by local Bolsheviks under the conditions of the specific frontier position of the province and unstable political situation at the front of the Civil War.
