Abstract. The author reveals the content of the notion power technologies in modern society, and pays special attention to the consideration of social being organization ways and modern power technologies phenomenon understanding as the factor of society sustainable development, which presupposes the philosophical-cultural analysis of power technologies, the conditions for their functions and methods implementation, which are important for their understanding.
