CIVIL SOCIETY SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS INTERACTION: LIBERAL ASPECT

Abstract. The author considers the process of civil society and liberal constitutional state social institutions interaction. Social interaction is a spontaneous process, and liberal state only limits the interaction between institutions by means of norms and regulations, controls and directs their action in accordance with existing laws. The author comes to the conclusion that the liberal type institutions of civil society are isolated from each other, their actions are autonomous, the institutions are often hostile to each other and build their interaction on the principles of competition, mutually beneficial relations and compromise.
