PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTACT AS BASIS FOR USE OF TACTICAL TECHNIQUES OF INFLUENCE ON SUSPECT (ACCUSED)

Abstract. The author analyzes the criminalistic aspects of the tactics of a suspect (accused) interrogation, considers the peculiarities of the establishment and maintenance of a psychological contact with a suspect (accused), the tactical techniques of influence on an interrogatee, as well as the prerequisites of psychological contact formation, and determines the criteria and grounds for the classification of the tactical techniques of influence on a suspect (accused) and the essence of the notion of psychological contact.
