Abstract. The author considers the worldview and historical roots of Bolshevism, its legal doctrine and legal consciousness formation, analyzes the connection between Bolshevik conception of law and the formation of new type legal consciousness, and reveals soviet jurists' attempts to implement Bolsheviks' precursors' worldview regulations into new socialist legal consciousness conception.
