HUMAN AND CITIZEN'S GUARANTEED RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS ENFORCEMENT MECHANISM IMPROVEMENT

Abstract. The author analyzes the legal category of rights enforcement mechanism, reveals the incompleteness of the legal terminology in use, the system of the elements that form the concerned mechanism, the level of the theoretical elaboration of the mechanism of human and citizen's constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms enforcement; presents the analysis of the notion of human rights in close connection with the possibilities of their protection, and shows that the enforcement of this possibility entails specific human rights relations origin.
