AGRARIAN REFORMATIONS IN KAZAKHSTAN IN THE 20S OF THE ХХTH CENTURY

Abstract. The author considers the soviet authorities' agrarian policy and the social-economic consequences of the agrarian reformations in multinational Kazakhstan in the 1920s, which poly-ethnic population was conditioned by the special ways of the region colonization, analyzes the reasons of interethnic relations aggravation in the course of agrarian reformations implementation, and pays special attention to the peculiarities of land measuring work and their role in ethnocratic state model formation in Kazakhstan.
