STATE AND MUNICIPAL PROPERTY RIGHT INDIRECT EXERCISE LEGAL FORMS

Abstract. The author considers the legal forms of the indirect exercise of state and municipal property right, pays special attention to the differentiation of unitary enterprises types, concludes that the differentiation of unitary enterprises types allocated in current legislation is devoid of objective preconditions, and substantiates that the status of state-owned enterprises requires certain modifications for public problems solution in social-economic activity which is not connected with profit deriving.
