AGGREGATE EMPLOYEE UNDER GLOBALIZATION CONDITIONS: SOCIAL-ONTOLOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract. The author analyzes the foundations of material and spiritual values distribution among the subjects of aggregate employee as a huge international social structure element, which is the consequence of transnational corporations functioning, and comes to the conclusion that national space determines the unequal position of aggregate employee's representatives.
