Abstract. The author analyzes the RF President's orders and directives to federal executive authorities and the executive authorities of the Russian Federation subjects as the form of the head of the state control functions implementation, and pays particular attention to the execution mechanism of the administrative signals of the head of the Russian state and their significance for the life activity of entire state mechanism.
