Abstract. The authors consider self-developing systems estimation under crisis conditions in modern society, show the peculiarities of a social subject's rational activity under the conditions of social systems non-equilibrium, present self-developing systems specificity, postulate synergetic methodology choice for society self-development process rational estimation problem solution during instability period. Estimation process complexity and ambiguity are connected with ambiguous and crisis processes taking place in society.
