ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF TEXTILE INDUSTRY WITHIN UPPER VOLGA REGION PROVINCES DURING THE FIRST WORLD WAR (1914 - FEBRUARY 1917)

Abstract. The author discusses the system of textile industry anti-crisis management within Upper Volga region provinces during the First World War (1914 - February 1917), and analyzes the set of measures taken by the authorities and public organizations to overcome the consequences of raw materials, fuel, personnel and transport crises.
