KEY PROBLEMS OF LEGISLATION ON ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS IMPLEMENTATION IN DETECTION PROCESS OF CITIZENS-DEBTORS ON ALIMONY OBLIGATIONS

Abstract. The author discusses the key topical problems in the organization of alimony obligations debtors' detection, pays special attention to the necessity of further interdepartmental interaction extension in debtors' detection organization, emphasizes amendments to current legislation, and gives specific suggestions for improving the interaction of territorial authorities, authorities under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, and other ministries and departments.
