ECO-CLASSICAL TURN TO CO-EVOLUTIONARY CIVILIZATION

Abstract. The author studies social-social and social-natural global problems of our times, basing on the interaction of Western and Eastern civilizations, and suggests the spectral-wave model of transition to co-evolutionary global community.
