LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF PRODUCTION STANDARDS PERFORMANCE IN SOVIET STATE (1921-1940)

Abstract. The author considers the development history of the legislative measures to combat defective products release in the soviet state during the period of 1921-1940, and pays special attention to the role of criminal legislation in the sphere of establishing enterprises managers' liability for the manufacture of products inconsistent with mandatory standards requirements.
