ECOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION PROBLEMS IN RUSSIAN STATE POLICY

Abstract. The author shows that one of the major problems of modern Russia today is the problem of state social-economic and political systems further modernization, considers ecological modernization question and the key actions for its implementation in the Russian state policy, and in the course of the study comes to the conclusion about the necessity of specifying the notion ecological policy at the state level, as well as of further ecological modernization directions elaboration.
