Abstract. The author considers the problem of the ontological presumption of a subject's special autonomous morality in I. Kant's philosophy, shows that Kantian morality, deprived of transcendental (religious) references, assumes the character of rational autonomy, bringing together its motives with the motives of an economic man; and reveals that both Kantian and market economy subject's functioning requires equally autonomous balance in relation to immanently constituted freedom.
